Finally, after 18.5 hours (because we stopped many times) we made it to Grand Junction. Local arrival time was 9:30PM. The drive was very very nice. Even though we are pretty much beat up, I have to say, driving through the Rockie Mountains was an amazing experience. Even though it was a night drive, we were able to see the mountains covered in snow. The temperatures in the Rockies were as low as 25F but it felt really nice.

We have a lot of pictures from the drive over to Grand Junction, but those will have to wait until we are rested and find a few minutes to pick a good set for the blog.
